Reseat the spiral on its motor shaft and confirm the product sits inside the pitch; a skewed spiral can turn freely without vending.
Vend every column from setup mode and confirm the keypad or card mapping still matches the physical column numbering.
Clear the delivery bin and test the sensor with the door open so a stuck or blocked sensor is not silently cancelling the drop.
