The service
Vending Support is a marketplace and information platform for vending equipment, routes, parts, services, and operator guidance. Unless we expressly state otherwise, we do not buy, sell, escrow, insure, or guarantee transactions between users.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for activity under your account and organization memberships. Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that create risk for other users or the platform.
Accurate listings and profiles
Sellers and businesses are responsible for accurate descriptions, current photos of the actual item or honest service claims, model and condition disclosures, logistics details, and lawful ownership or authority to list. Misleading model claims, stock imagery presented as the actual item, and fabricated credentials are not permitted.
Buyer and counterparty responsibility
Buyers and counterparties should inspect equipment, verify identity and ownership, confirm included assets and transfer terms, and use secure payment practices before completing a transaction. Vending Support is not a party to private deals unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Support and educational content
Troubleshooting steps, guides, and operator materials are educational. Work involving mains power, refrigeration, heavy equipment, or other hazards should be performed by qualified professionals. We do not warrant that any procedure is complete or suitable for your equipment.
Market pricing data
Market pricing ranges are aggregated from public sources and reflect trailing asking ranges, not live quotes or guarantees. Individual dealer prices are not republished as a price list. See the pricing, data sources, and data removal pages for methodology and opt-out.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the service for fraud, spam, harassment, stolen property, illegal goods, impersonation, scraping that harms the service, attempts to bypass moderation or security controls, or uploading content you do not have rights to share.
Moderation and enforcement
We may review, refuse, edit labels, unpublish, suspend, or remove content and restrict accounts when we believe these terms, listing policy, or applicable law require it. Enforcement decisions may be based on risk signals, user reports, or manual review.
Intellectual property
Site branding, software, and original content belong to Vending Support or its licensors. You retain rights in content you submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate the marketplace.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vending Support is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or from deals between users.
