Use accurate information
Use current photos of the actual item, disclose condition and known defects, identify the manufacturer and model as precisely as possible, and keep price, quantity, location, and availability current.
Public image requirements
Non-route listings require at least one current photo of the actual item; three or more are recommended and three is the maximum. Company profiles have a separate public gallery limit of three photos plus one separate business logo. Show the full item, payment or control area, identification details, and disclosed damage where relevant. Stock images, screenshots, watermarks that obscure the item, sensitive documents, and misleading edits are not allowed. JPG, PNG, and WebP uploads are resized and converted to WebP automatically.
Explain fulfillment
State whether an item is pickup-only, eligible for seller delivery, freight-ready, or shippable. Disclose access constraints, loading requirements, included equipment, transfer terms, and additional fees before a buyer commits.
Do not misrepresent trust
Do not claim licenses, insurance, certifications, ownership, revenue, location agreements, or verification that you cannot support. Local demo previews must never be presented as live marketplace inventory.
Prohibited content
Fraudulent or duplicate listings, stolen property, unsafe modifications, spam, harassment, copied restricted materials, illegal goods, deceptive financing, and requests to bypass platform safeguards are not permitted.
Review and enforcement
Listings may be held for clarification, corrected, rejected, suspended, or removed when they are inaccurate, unsafe, stale, or violate these standards. Repeated abuse may lead to account restrictions.
Report a concern
Use the contact page to report suspected fraud, impersonation, unsafe equipment, prohibited content, or an inaccurate business claim. Include the listing or profile URL and a concise description of the concern.
