Does Vending Support sell the equipment?
No. Vending Support helps buyers and independent sellers find one another. The parties are responsible for inspection, ownership verification, payment, delivery, and final transaction terms.
How should I inspect a machine?
Confirm the model and serial information, test payment systems and vend motors, inspect cooling where applicable, check for corrosion or damage, confirm power requirements, and compare the item with the listing photos before paying.
Can operators list their businesses and services?
Yes, when seller and directory publishing is available for your account. The services directory is intended for operators, technicians, movers, refurbishers, installers, and consultants. Public profiles and offerings appear only after review.
What does a service area mean?
Providers describe a headquarters, radius, regions served, and whether remote help is available. Confirm travel charges, scheduling, insurance, and site requirements directly with the provider.
Why is the marketplace empty sometimes?
Listings are community-supplied and moderated. We do not invent inventory. Early on, published stock can be thin or empty. Use market pricing for research, browse services, or contact us about listing equipment.
How do I report an inaccurate listing?
Send the listing URL and the reason for concern through the contact page or email hello@vending.support. Do not include payment credentials, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.
