Information we collect
We may collect account identifiers and contact details (such as name and email through our authentication provider), organization and membership data, public business profile fields you choose to publish, listing and service content you submit, inquiry messages and preferred contact methods, technical logs needed to operate and secure the service, and optional evidence uploaded for business verification (which remains private to authorized reviewers).
Authentication and processors
Sign-in is provided by WorkOS. Application data is stored in Convex. Transactional email, hosting, and similar infrastructure providers process data only as needed to run the product. We do not sell personal information.
How we use information
We use information to operate the marketplace and directories, authenticate users, moderate content, deliver inquiries to the intended organization, improve safety and reliability, communicate about account or product matters, and comply with legal obligations.
What is public
Published listings, business profiles, and service offerings may be visible to anyone on the internet, including search engines when indexing is enabled. Private route documents, verification evidence, and non-public contact preferences are not shown on public pages.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and marketplace records for as long as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by emailing us. Some records may be retained in limited form for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Cookies and similar technology
We use essential cookies and session technology required for authentication and security. We also use a self-hosted OpenPanel project for limited, cookieless product analytics such as page views and outgoing-link activity. Session replay is not enabled. Analytics data remains in infrastructure we control and is kept separate from the Quick Fresh Vending analytics project.
Children
Vending Support is intended for business and adult operators. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective context. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
